General Provisions. Courses
are conducted in a combination lecture/lab format. The general
schedule for all classes is:
- Morning - registration & lecture (continental breakfast
incl'd)
- Mid-day - lunch
- Afternoon - lab/hands-on
Registration Policy. Seat reservations are taken on a
first come first served basis with a deposit. Seats cannot be
guaranteed without a deposit.
Payment Policy. A deposit is required at the time of
registration. The remaining balance can be paid by check, money
order, purchase order (for established clients) or credit card and
is due prior to the class start date.
Cancellation Policy.
All cancellations must be received in
writing via mail or fax.

A refund will be given if cancelled 3 weeks
prior to class date, minus a 5% processing fee.

A refund will be given if cancelled 2 weeks
prior to class date, minus a 10% processing fee.
- Any
cancellations less than 2 weeks prior
to the class date can be credited towards future classes but will
not qualify for a cash refund.

Cancelled or postponed classes will receive a full refund of the
registration fees |
