(Medical Peels &
Microdermabrasion) This
8 hour course focuses on the assessment, evaluation & treatment of
different skin types with their associated classification. An in-depth
review of the skin anatomy and pathophysiology will enhance the
student’s understanding of different skin disorders and environmental
factors which damage the skin.
Stopping and reversing this environmental damage through the use of
chemical peeling agents and microdermabrasion will be the major focus of the
classroom and hands on practical exercises. The lessons will include
instruction on Jessner’s, Lactic, Glycolic and Salicylic Peels with their
appropriate applications.
Our hands-on sessions will include step by step, instructor led
demonstrations followed by the student performing the same procedures and
demonstrating proper technique.
We
will also review the necessary insurance, marketing, supplies & applicable
laws that pertain to the success of using anti-aging techniques the Medical
Aesthetic’s practice.
8
CE’s will be provided upon completion.
COURSE FEE: $1000.00
Required Deposit: $200.00 to hold space
Balance Due: $800.00 on the first day of
class.
